We carefully pack every ukulele to help ensure it arrives safely and ready to play.

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Returns

We want you to feel confident buying a pre-owned ukulele from More Ukuleles. We photograph and describe each instrument individually, including any significant cosmetic flaws or signs of use.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.

Returned instruments must be in the same condition in which they were received. Unless the item arrived damaged or was materially different from its description, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your ukulele arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the instrument and packaging so we can make it right.
